UK Customs & Key Import Notes
The UK has established a fully independent customs and tax system separate from the EU, with fundamental changes to import rules.
UK Independent Customs Declaration: All imported goods must be declared to UK Customs. Importers require a UK EORI number. We provide full-service support from document pre-check to formal declaration.
Duties & Taxes: Imports are subject to UK Customs Duty and VAT at the standard rate of 20%. Duty rates depend on the commodity code and country of origin (the UK has its own UK Global Tariff).
